Ingredients
2/3 C. sugar
2 Tbls. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 cans shoe peg corn
1 C. milk
1/4 stick margarine or butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 35o degrees.
- Mix together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add beaten eggs to mixture. Then add corn and milk.
- Pour into buttered baking dish and dot the top with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
