Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thaw hash browns.
- Mix all ingredients and spread in a 9 x 13" inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
