Hot Cheese Dip
This is delicious and great for crowds. If you want it more spicy you can add the Hot Rotel Tomatoes instead of the original.
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 lbs. velvetta cheese, cubed
2 cans rotel tomatoes, drained
- Combine all ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl, sauce pan, or crockpot. Heat until cheese is melted and stir well.
