Mexican Chili Dip

Easy Mexican Chili Dip

This is great with chips as a side dish or an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (15 oz) can of hormel chili without beans

  • 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 small can of chopped black olives

Instructions

  1. In medium glass dish, spread cream cheese layer.
  2. Add layer of chili on top of cream cheese.
  3. Spread monterey jack cheese over chili.
  4. Place olives on top of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.
  6. Serve with corn chips.
