Easy Mexican Chili Dip
This is great with chips as a side dish or an appetizer.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz) can of hormel chili without beans
8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 small can of chopped black olives
- In medium glass dish, spread cream cheese layer.
- Add layer of chili on top of cream cheese.
- Spread monterey jack cheese over chili.
- Place olives on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.
- Serve with corn chips.
