12 green peppers chopped finely in food processor or food chopper
12 red peppers chopped finely
12 onion chopped finely
1 pint vinegar
2 C. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbls mustard seed
- Grind peppers and onion in food chopper or food processor.
- Cover with boiling water and let stand 30 minutes.
- Drain and add vinegar, sugar, salt, and mustard seed.
- Boil for 5 minutes and seal in sterile hot jars.
- Process as directed by your canner booklet.
