Pumpkin Bread
Moist and delicious!
Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin
4 eggs
1 C. vegetable oil
3 C. sugar
2/3 C. water
3 1/2 C. plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 3 loaf pans.
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Add the dry ingredients to pumpkins mixture until just blended.
- Pour into loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
