13 1/2 C. tomatoes, chopped
3 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 C. white vinegar
4 1/2 tsp garlic poweder
6 tbls cilantro
1 1/2 C. yellow banana peppers, chopped
1 1/2 C. red banana peppers, chopped
2 tbls salt
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Cold pack jars and process as directed by your canner.
- For hot salsa you can add jalapeno peppers.
