Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 C. margarine or butter
2 Cups of sugar
2 eggs
1 C. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 C. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C. chopped pecans
2 tsp cinnamon
8 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt , and mix well.
- In seperate bowl, mix pecans, cinnamon, and brown sugar for the topping.
- Spoon 1/2 batter into greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
- Cover with 1/2 the topping.
- Repeat.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Cool and remove from pan.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
